Kirkcaldy Kestrels produced a stylish display to secure an emphatic 8-0 home victory over North Ayrshire Wild on Saturday.
Finley King set the Kestrels on their way with an early goal, but Wild dug deep to keep them at bay for the rest of the first period.
However, a five-goal blitz in the middle session, followed by two more goals in the third period, gave the scoreline a one-sided look.
King added a second goal to his personal tally, while Conor Duncan (3), Grant Jamieson, Grame-Chalmers Allan and Caiden Forbes were also on target.
With just one round of regular season games remaining, the Kestrels now know who they will face in the Scottish National League play-offs.
Steve Wishart’s side will face Edinburgh Capitals and North Ayrshire in the group stage. The top two teams progress to the Final Four Weekend.
Dundee Rockets, Aberdeen Lynx and Paisley Pirates are in the other group.
The Kestrels complete their regular season fixtures at home to the Pirates on Sunday (6.00 pm).
