Kirkcaldy Kestrels will bid to return to winning ways in the Scottish National League when they visit North Ayrshire Wild today (6.30 pm).
The Kestrels’ hopes of claiming a fourth consecutive victory since the turn of the year were ended at Edinburgh Capitals last weekend.
The 2-1 defeat left the Kestrels fourth in the standings, two points behind Aberdeen Lynx with a game in hand.
Steven Wishart’s side have faced Wild four times this season in the league and cup and have completed a clean sweep of victories.
They will be eager to avoid any slip-ups, particularly with the regular season hurtling towards the final few weeks.
Wild have won just twice this season and will be keen to upset the odds to boost their hopes of ending the campaign in one of the play-off spots.
