Kirkcaldy Kestrels maintained their recent run of form with an impressive 5-2 home victory over Edinburgh Capitals on Saturday.
The Kestrels have now reeled off five successive victories in all competitions, banishing memories of their inconsistent start to the season.
Scott Jamieson edged the home side into the lead in the 16th minute before Jamie Wilson and James Spence extended the advantage in the middle period.
Allan Anderson made it 4-0 after 50 minutes, but the Capitals finally got on the scoresheet less than 60 seconds later.
The Murrayfield-based outfit kept probing and managed to grab a second goal inside the final two minutes.
However, Graeme Chalmers-Allan crowned a fantastic team performance with the Kestrels’ fifth goal to round off a memorable evening.
The Kestrels are back in action on Saturday at North Ayrshire Wild.
