Kirkcaldy Kestrels are pleased to confirm that Grant Jamieson and Finley King have agreed to another season with the club.

Jamieson was previously part of the successful Fife Falcons squad at junior level and has since established himself with the Kestrels.

He helped the team win the Scottish National League title in 2021/22 and was part of the roster which reached the play-off final last season.

The 25-year-old weighed in with 15 points in 2023/24 and will be eager to improve on that tally this time around.

King also returns for another season. He was a prolific scorer in the junior set-up and was rewarded with a call-up to the Kestrels in 2019/20.

He averaged almost a point per game during the Kestrels’ title-winning season but struggled with an injury during the following campaign.

The 21-year-old played more regularly last season and will be aiming to continue his progression as the team strives to win silverware this term.

The Kestrels play their first pre-season game tomorrow at home to Aberdeen Lynx (6.00 pm).
